    Yes, we have home owners warranty insurance. A certificate of currency can be provided on request.

  • Can I organise my own plans?

    Yes, we can build from plans you have organised through your own designer or we can arrange for an designer to draw plans for you.

  • Are you a Master Builder?

    Yes, we are a member of the Master Builders Association and the Housing Industry Association.

  • Are you a registered builder?

    Yes, we are a registered builder (BN 11194). Refer to the Government of Western Australia, Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety to find a list of registered builders.

  • Will my project be supervised by a registered builder?

    Yes, all Barnet Building projects are personally supervised by Paul Sumner who is a registered builder (BN 10296).

  • What areas do you build in?

    We build in the Perth metropolitan area.
