Are you a registered Builder?

Yes, we are a registered builder (BN 11194). Refer to the Government of Western Australia, Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety to find a list of registered builders.

Do you have Home Owners Warranty insurance?

Yes, we have home owners warranty insurance. A certificate of currency can be provided on request.

Will my project be supervised by a registered builder?

Yes, all Barnet Building projects are personally supervised by Paul Sumner who is a registered builder (BN 10296).

Can I organise my own plans?

Yes, we can build from plans you have organised through your own designer or we can arrange for an designer to draw plans for you.

Is Barnet Building a member of the Housing Industry Association?

Yes, we are a member of the Housing Industry Association.

What areas do you build in?

We build in the Perth metropolitan area.
